M’eat Resto Butcher Pop-Up

We’re pleased to welcome back M’Eat Resto Butcher to the Muddy York taproom for a pop-up on Saturday, August 17th. With an affinity for sustainably raised beef, chef Cam Nelson uses little more than salt, pepper and love to make some seriously good food.

On the menu is a Slow-Roasted Ponderosa Sandwich and Ratatouille Skewers. Chef Cam is slow roasting a beef hip on an open fire for 8hrs and serving it sliced on a bun. We reckon you don’t want to miss this shindig, partner.
