You Had Me At Beer Festival

Greetings craft beer friends!

Spring is here, and we can’t wait for some warmer (read: beer) weather. Beer fest season is upon us, so here’s a list to keep you informed of the events we have lined up for April & May.

Brewer’s Backyard: Great Friday – Fri, April 14th, 11 am - 5 pm
The Brewer’s Backyard returns with Great Friday at the Evergreen Brick Works featuring a stellar line-up of craft beer from all over the province. The Brewer’s Backyard is free to the public, family-friendly, welcoming of all age groups, and no tickets are required! Food and beer will be available at the event, and we hope to see you there!

St. George’s Day at The Granite Brewery - Sat, April 22nd, 6:30 pm
Join the good folks at the Granite Brewery for St. George’s Day festivities in support of Prostate Cancer Canada and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Celebrate all things English! The event features door prizes, silent and live auctions, and a delicious four-course gourmet dinner that will be paired with four fresh Ontario cask ales. We’ve prepared a top-shelf cask of Major Small Best Bitter for the occasion.

Leslieville Food & Drink Festival - Sat, May 6th, 3 pm - 11 pm
This all local affair at the beautiful District 28 event space showcases the best of the east-end. Enjoy fantastic cuisine with both wine & craft beer pairings, as well as work by local artists, an artisanal food market, live music and a silent auction (with all funds going to Michael Garron Hospital). Tickets are limited so get yours now!

Brewer’s Backyard: Queen Victoria’s Secret - Mon, May 22nd, 11am-5pm
We’ve got another Brewer’s Backyard on our schedule. This time, their annual Victoria Day event at the Evergreen Brick Works. Entitled “Queen Victoria’s Secret,” the featured beers won’t be revealed until the start of the day – so you’re going to have to join us to find out what’s pouring! Both indoor and outdoor drinking and dining options are available at the Young Welcome Centre and Koerner Gardens. There will be lots of beer, lots of food, and lots of space for beer lovers! As always, the Brewer’s Backyard is free to the public, family-friendly, welcoming of all age groups, and no tickets are required!

We look forward to seeing you at the events, the retail shop and serving you fresh, tasty Muddy York brews!
