The Texas BBQ saga continues... Beach Hill Smokehouse, purveyors of the finest authentic Texas BBQ will be popping up AGAIN in the Muddy York Taproom. Do or do not eat BBQ and drink beer. There is no try. Stay tuned for the full menu.

These deep-fried balls of goodness served with mustard are a classic Dutch bar snack. Beef or Veggie (broccoli and mushroom)
Frikandel Speciaal - $7.50
The Dutch answer to the hot dog is this deep-fried beef, pork and chicken (yes, all three) sausage on a bun topped with mayo, curry ketchup and diced onions.

Beach Hill Smokehouse, purveyors of the finest authentic Texas BBQ in Canada, will be popping up at the Muddy York Brewing Co. Taproom on Saturday, May 26. These guys are not playing. Their meats are rubbed with spices, cooked over indirect heat, and smoked in their 7,000lbs smoker which they imported from Texas. From ribs and brisket to chicken, sausage, and Portobello mushrooms – Terrance and his pit crew will be serving up sandwiches and smoked wings as well as their fantastic side dishes (Southern Mac & Cheese, Smoked Baked Beans, and Poblano Slaw). You don’t want to miss this. Also, beer.
Asian inspired snacks on Victoria Day long weekend! Chau pops up at the brewery on Saturday, May 19th at 12pm to 6pm. We’ll be releasing two new collab-beers with esteemed citizens of Durham County. First up is Old Sticks in the Mud Pale Ale, and the second is Hausgebräu In Das Haus Weizenbock.

On Saturday, May 5th, celebrate Cinco De Mayo at the brewery with a food pop-up by our amigos from the CRAFT Beer Market Toronto. They will be serving up some tasty tacos, we'll have some special brews and fine Spanish tunes. No tickets needed, just come and Fiesta Mexicana.

When he’s not catering his superb Spanish and Mediterranean specialties around town, Chef Arato of Pimentón is often seen selling his local, seasonal dishes at the Evergreen Brickworks' Saturday Farmers Market. We’re super excited that he'll be bringing a fantastic sandwich creation right to the brewery this Saturday, Nov. 25th from 1-4pm. The scrumptious "Five P Sandwich" features Muddy York Porter-braised pulled pork, slow-cooked for six hours and served on a homemade brioche bun. The vegetarian option will be a “Pisto” sandwich. Pisto is a Spanish dish, similar to ratatouille, made with eggplants, zucchinis, peppers, tomato sauce, and pickled onions. So join us at the brewery for a pint and bring your appetite.
